If colon cancer is detected and treated early, the survival rate is high. After age 50 get a colon-oscopy every 5 years, please! Health is wealth!

ReplyDeletei love this site and being able to travel with you. i spent the day shopping with the girls for Kayla's 6th grade graduation outfit (only took 8 hrs or so to find the perfect pair of shoes). i have to work tomorrow but at least i am getting to travel the west w/ 2 of my favorite people. love u both very much. g
